The story:
At 19 years old, I fell completely in love with the art of making pavlovas. There so magical about turning simple ingredients into a dessert that looks like a cloud and tastes like heaven. Soon, I became the designated "dessert person" for every family gathering, birthday, and friend's get-together.
Every time I walked into an event carrying one of my signature pavlovas, the reaction was always the same. People would crowd around, grab a spoon, and say, "You need to sell these! You have to start a business!"
Hearing how much joy my desserts brought to the people I love sparked an idea. I realized I wanted to share that exact feeling with the rest of the world. And just like that, House of Pavlova was born.
